WHO’S BEHIND THIS.

Hi, I’m Gladiola – a thinker, feeler and quiet observer of the inner world. I created Echoes of a Thought as a space to explore the mind, emotions and the invisible stories we all carry. Here, i write about mental health, self-awareness and the strange beauty of being human.

Choosing Your Path: Pride and Courage vs. Shame and Sadness

The more I grow, the more I realize that everything is a perspective. Nothing is black or white; every challenging situation carries a bright side, a silver lining, a lesson. It’s up to you to choose how to take it.

Even in daily life, you can choose to take a long, calming bath, apply lotion, and relax as you comb your hair or beard. Engage in self-care rituals that remind you of your worth. By incorporating these small moments into your routine, a seemingly boring day can transform. If you feel clean, pretty, and valued, it all takes on a different perspective.

Stay focused on your beliefs and your goals. When you do, external circumstances can’t easily influence your thoughts. Even when doing a simple, humble job, if you approach it with pride and respect, that energy resonates with others. Customers will feel that positive vibe, and they’ll appreciate your presence. They’ll look forward to a quick interaction with you, drawn in by the lightness you bring.

This is how promotions and confidence grow.

By making the most of small things, you pave the way for bigger opportunities. Every minor detail matters; they build the foundation for great things to come.

So, the question is… How do you want to approach life? Do you want to present yourself to the world with pride and confidence, believing in your worth and welcoming the blessings and abundance that follow? Or will you allow your lack of confidence to diminish you, trapping you in an invisible cage you’ve built?

There is no shame in humility, but there is shame in self-doubt and a lack of courage. Embrace your journey with simplicity but let it pierce deeply into your soul.
